- This role operates on a Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm hybrid schedule, combining office time and field sales.
- First-year earning potential ranges from $53,500 - $62,900 inclusive of commissions, based on experience and sales performance.
- No commission cap, allowing unlimited earning potential as you expand your business portfolio!

What we seek in a candidate:
- Comfort with making cold calls both over the phone and in person.

Education and experience required:
- Current and valid driver's license.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Experience in outdoor advertising sales is a plus, but a robust sales background is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is preferred.
A day in the life of an Account Executive includes:
- Meeting and surpassing sales targets while tracking personal sales data.
- Visiting local businesses, maintaining relationships with existing clients and pursuing new clients.
- Using Lamar's resources to identify prospects, prepare proposals, and conduct presentations.
- Participating in meetings and maintaining organized records of clients and sales activities.
