Position Summary
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; providing recognition; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and building accountability for results. Leads and develops teams through training, feedback, and collaboration, ensuring effective store operations and customer service. Ensures compliance with policies, supports company values, and drives financial performance through managing P&L, budgeting, inventory, and operational processes. Minimum Qualifications
2 years’ college OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Attendance and successful completion of all required training and assessments are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership; experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
