Position Summary

Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and building accountability for results. Leads and develops teams through teaching, training, and effective communication, including store tours and feedback sessions. Ensures exceptional customer service by following the OBW service model, managing customer initiatives, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements. Ensures compliance with policies and supports company values and ethics. Drives store financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, inventory, and operational processes. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. Supports continuous learning and technological adaptation. Offers competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, including health, financial, and paid time off. The annual salary range is $65,000 - $80,000, with potential additional compensation based on performance, location, and external factors.

Minimum qualifications include:

• 2 years of college, OR
• 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, OR
• 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or related fields,
• Certificate in People and Business Leadership,
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
