Position Summary...

Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, and recognizing associates. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Leads teams effectively through teaching, training, and feedback, and communicates store operations, initiatives, and company direction. Ensures exceptional customer service by following the OBW service model, resolving customer issues, and leading process improvements. Ensures compliance with policies and supports the company mission and values. Drives financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, inventory, and operational processes. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, prioritizes customer needs, and drives continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications...

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training is required. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
