Position Summary

Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support company growth. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Leads and develops teams through training, feedback, and communication regarding store operations, technology, merchandising, and company initiatives. Ensures exceptional customer service by following the OBW service model, managing customer issues, and leading process improvements. Ensures compliance with policies and supports the company mission and values. Drives financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, and operational processes. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, and prioritizes customer service. Supports continuous improvement and change management. Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training may be required. Associates must complete all required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
