Position Summary
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, and fostering a sense of belonging in the workplace. Recruits and develops qualified staff to meet staffing needs and support company growth. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, builds relationships with stakeholders, supports business plans, sets goals, measures progress, and promotes continuous learning.
Leads and develops teams through teaching, training, and active listening; tours stores to provide feedback; collaborates across all levels on store operations, technology, merchandising, and company initiatives; leads change efforts; and communicates business objectives effectively.
Models exceptional customer service standards by following the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer initiatives, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Ensures compliance with company policies, supports company mission and values, and promotes an ethical workplace through action plans, open-door policies, and guidance on business practices.
Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, controlling expenses, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and developing strategies to meet sales and profit targets.

The annual salary range is $65,000 - $80,000, with potential additional compensation based on performance and location.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training is required. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate in People and Business Leadership, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports with responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
