Position Summary

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, setting goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning. Leads and develops teams through teaching, training, feedback, and collaboration on store operations, technology, merchandising, and company initiatives. Ensures exceptional customer service, manages customer issues, and implements process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Ensures compliance with policies, supports company values, and supports ethical standards through action plans and communication. Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, monitoring inventory, and achieving sales and profit goals.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college; or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work and 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm sales, successful background check and training are required. All associates must complete required trainings and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
