Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business to meet specified production goals
• Communicate information regarding company services to potential clients
• Respond to inquiries and act as a liaison between client companies and operations staff
• Complete contracts for advertising, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and submitted on time
• Maintain and nurture existing large client relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one to two years of relevant experience
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter with sound decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and PDF documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales or advertising within the publishing industry
• Proven track record of making successful presentations to individuals and groups
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to meeting client needs
• Familiarity with calculating figures and percentages related to advertising contracts
