Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising (Remote US) at Abe. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure work quality, and identify improvements
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization
  • Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI

What You Offer

  • 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
  • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
  • Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
  • Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Problem solver with a competitive and curious mindset
  • Consistently stay on the cutting edge of the industry
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain high quality while keeping the integrity of advertising
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, or as needed

  • Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
  • Meet and exceed department-level KPIs (client growth and goal attainment); core KPIs include client NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores
  • Build client trust and relationships to create consistent renewals
  • Cross-sell services aligned with client goals
  • Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
  • Make exceptional decisions regarding strategic direction for accounts

Work Environment Requirements

As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available in Canada, the UK, and Australia where applicable. You must have work authorization in the country of residence.
