Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We help clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This is a remote-first role with opportunities to work from the US and occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts.
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Weekly coordination with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks and quality.
  • Build and optimize quarterly client strategies and budgets for paid media campaigns.
  • Provide fractional internal marketing support for a boutique agency within Directive.
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions; confirm accurate lead routing within a CRM.
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization; collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.
  • Understand the value of programmatic campaigns; drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals through client relationships.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copy, audience targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI.

What You Offer

  • 4+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients.
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, etc.).
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.).
  • Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success.
  • Strong understanding of paid media principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate strategy into actionable storytelling with data.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive to grow and share knowledge; organized and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed.

What Success Looks Like

  • Model Abe values in every interaction; maintain strong client relationships internally and externally.
  • Manage approximately five mid-tier to enterprise accounts effectively.
  • Meet or exceed department KPIs such as client growth and satisfaction; achieve client renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Clear communication of results with client contacts and executives; make strategic decisions for account direction.

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this position in the United States: $85,000 – $95,000, with potential for bonus eligibility.

Work Environment
