What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions
  • Develop, design, and modify system solutions and architecture to meet customer requirements
  • Generate equipment lists and create system design descriptions, including diagrams
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers and the sales team, including presentations
  • Manage proposal projects and coordinate with various functional teams to meet project goals

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor\'s degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or public safety, or 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, engineering, solutions architecture, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting complex topics
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
  • Strong attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset
  • Experience in managing proposals and RFP projects
