Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to design and deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions
- Develop and modify system solutions and architecture to meet customer requirements
- Generate equipment lists and create system design descriptions, including diagrams
- Participate in proposal reviews and contract negotiations, providing consultative guidance
- Manage projects to completion, ensuring alignment with sales, revenue, and margin goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or public safety, or 8+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, engineering, solutions architecture, or a related field
- Strong general knowledge of Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science
- Willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset
- Experience with consultative selling in a technical environment
