What to Expect
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to design and deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions
- Develop, design, and evaluate system solutions to meet customer requirements
- Generate equipment lists and create detailed system design descriptions, including diagrams
- Participate in proposal reviews and contract negotiations with customers
- Coordinate with various functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
What is Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, engineering, solutions architecture, or a related field
- Strong general knowledge of Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 4+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or public safety
- Willingness to think creatively and challenge the status quo
- Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless execution
- Experience managing projects that require coordination across multiple teams
- Ability to travel 25-50% domestically
