Responsibilities
Create and implement strategies for campaigns to promote films and maximize viewership. Create and manage publicity campaigns and outside agencies Budget Management : develop and manage marketing budgets for film releases With content team, determine and implement film festival strategy Develop and manage digital and social campaigns for film releases Manage in-theater, grass roots, media planning and partner marketing Collaborate with music team on specialized cross-department multi-media campaigns Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including print, TV, digital, social media, and event advertising. Conduct market research Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as trailers, ads, press kits, social media posts, and press releases. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, critics, influencers, and distribution partners to generate media coverage Analyze campaign performance, using data to assess effectiveness and adjust for optimization. Collaborate with content team to evaluate projects from a marketing POV Work closely with creative teams, filmmakers, sales, and public relations professionals to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy. Requirements
10 years+ film marketing experience Fluent in film distribution workflows Strong understanding of film trends, audience demographics, understanding of the film industry, audience demographics, and current media trends. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams, public relations, and distribution partners. Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and campaign analysis. Ability to develop marketing narratives to create promotional content. Company Description
