Overview
Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) role at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused on social media advertising, working with LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This position offers the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align tasks, ensure work quality, and identify improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Develop, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
- 2+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency with hands-on support for B2B clients
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more
- Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6sense, and more
- Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to inform decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
- Problem solver with a competitive and curious mindset
- Passion for staying on the cutting edge of the industry and seeking opportunities to grow and share
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quality-focused with integrity in advertising
- Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

Benefits
- Base salary range for this position in the United States: $70,000 - $80,000 USD, with potential for bonus eligibility. Final salary varies based on compensation practices, skills, and experience.

Work Environment
Remote-first company. You’ll work from anywhere in the US, with optional Abe offices in Irvine, CA. This role operates 100% virtually from a home office and collaboration occurs via Zoom and Slack. You may need to use a laptop and other office productivity tools.
