Responsibilities

  • Support new customer relationships within partner and end-user communities
  • Help achieve sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives
  • Co-develop materials and conduct training for company products for the channel
  • Manage the technology phase of the sales process and provide reporting
  • Liaise between helpdesk, sales, and the channel on technical questions during the sales process

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of security and/or building automation products
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the designated region
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise systems, IoT, and Machine Learning
  • Experience supporting enterprise solutions
  • Ability to express technical concepts in simplified ways
  • Independent, self-disciplined, and a problem solver
  • Helpful attitude and team-centric approach
