Responsibilities

  • Support new customer relationships within partner and end-user communities
  • Help achieve sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives
  • Co-develop materials and conduct training for company products for the channel
  • Drive and manage the technology phase of the sales process and reporting
  • Provide technical support and setup at trade shows

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in providing business-to-business technology/physical security/HVAC technical support
  • Proficient knowledge of security and/or building automation products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise systems, IoT, and Machine Learning
  • Experience with supporting enterprise solutions
  • Ability to express technical concepts in simplified ways
  • Independent, self-disciplined, and a problem solver
