What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support new customer relationships within partner and end-user communities
  • Co-develop training materials and conduct product training for channel partners
  • Manage the technology phase of the sales process and report on progress
  • Provide technical support and training to integration partners on combined solutions
  • Liaise between helpdesk, sales, and channel partners on technical inquiries during the sales process

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
  • Proven experience providing business-to-business technology support in security or building automation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the designated region
