What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support new customer relationships within partner and end-user communities
- Co-develop training materials and conduct product training for channel partners
- Manage the technology phase of the sales process and report on progress
- Provide technical support and training to integration partners on combined solutions
- Liaise between helpdesk, sales, and channel partners on technical inquiries during the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
- Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
- Proven experience providing business-to-business technology support in security or building automation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the designated region

- Experience with supporting enterprise solutions
