Senior Director, Recruitment at WhiteCap Search

Our client, a fast-growing FinTech startup on a mission to redefine financial services through cutting-edge technology, data-driven insights, and customer-centric innovation, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Analyst. In this key role, you will drive growth by analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. Youll collaborate across teams to optimize sales strategies, enhance marketing effectiveness, and uncover actionable insights that fuel our go-to-market success in New York.

Job Function

• Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline trends, and conversion rates.
• Develop dashboards and reports for sales forecasting and territory planning.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer segmentation.
• Evaluate digital marketing campaigns and provide ROI analysis.
• Track customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and funnel performance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align growth goals and present insights to leadership.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in sales/marketing analytics, preferably in a startup or FinTech environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
