Overview The Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to helping small and mid-market businesses succeed. As their most trusted advisors, Accountants are a critical channel for driving growth. The Workforce team is evolving our trusted Payroll solution into a full Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, and we need an expert to champion this evolution within the accountant community.

This role is responsible for operationalizing Accountant goals for the Workforce portfolio (Payroll and HCM). You will serve as the primary product marketing point of contact to the Accountant GTM team, acting as the central liaison between the Accountant GTM, WFS Product Marketing, and Product teams. Your focus is two-fold: to ensure the successful execution of go-to-market strategies for WFS products, and to actively capture and champion the Voice of the Accountant (VOA) to influence product improvements and change within our Payroll/HCM offerings.

Base pay range

$98.00/hr - $103.00/hr

Success Measures

Success in this role will be directly tied to the successful activation and growth of the Workforce portfolio within the accountant channel.

HCM Channel Activation: Successful contribution to the launch readiness and activation of the accountant channel for the new Human Capital Management (HCM) product launch.

Payroll Growth: Contribution to the continued growth and adoption of our core Payroll solutions within the accountant-served client base.

Product Influence: Demonstrated impact on WFS product roadmap or feature delivery resulting from VOA insights.

GTM Execution: Timely and high-quality delivery of GTM plans and accountant-facing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

VOA Capture & Product Champion:

Actively capture the Voice of the Accountant (VOA) through interviews, surveys, and collaboration with GTM teams.

Serve as the internal champion for product and change within the Payroll/HCM portfolio, advocating for the accountant's needs and influencing the product and engineering roadmaps.

GTM Strategy Execution:

Ensure the successful execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans in the accountant channel, including product launches, promotional activities, and ensuring overall launch readiness for new HCM capabilities.

Channel Liaison & Alignment:

Serve as the key liaison between the Accountant GTM team and the Workforce Product Marketing team to ensure alignment on value propositions, positioning, and messaging for accountants.

Collateral and Sales Enablement:

Develop and scale proven tactics and collateral that are "accountant-right," including clear and concise accountant-facing materials (e.g., talk tracks, how-to guides, webinar content, and battlecards).

Partner with Sales Enablement to provide the Accountant GTM team with the necessary training and resources.

Strategic Process Improvement:

Work with Accountant leadership to align product marketing efforts with overall accountant partnership strategies and contribute to the development of playbooks and processes to improve channel efficiency.

Reporting & Tracking:

Maintain accurate tracking and reporting on KPIs related to accountant channel activation efforts for the Workforce portfolio.
