Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Location: Mountain View, CA Contract: W2 • Duration: 9 months • Pay Range: $100 - $105 per hour Job Summary: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will delve deep into the Voice of the Accountant (VOA) to enhance Payroll/HCM product offerings, ensuring solutions are finely tuned to accountants' needs. You will craft and execute go-to-market strategies, align cross-functional teams, and drive product success within the accountant channel. Your efforts will support positioning, promotion, and enhancement of HCM capabilities to stay competitive in the marketplace. Responsibilities
Actively gather and utilize VOA insights to influence product development and marketing strategies. Execute comprehensive GTM plans, overseeing product launches and promotional activities for the accountant sector. Ensure alignment between the Accountant GTM and Workforce Product Marketing teams with unified messaging and positioning. Develop and disseminate accountant-specific sales and marketing collateral, and support the Sales Enablement team with resources and training. Drive strategic improvements in product marketing processes and report KPIs for accountant channel efforts. Qualifications
Proven experience in product marketing within the Payroll/HCM domain. Strong ability to synthesize and act on VOA data. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Industry Experience
Prior experience in the HCM or Payroll sectors to champion accountant needs and influence the product roadmap. About Akraya
