Design Consultant for Mr. Rogers Windows you can:

Responsibilities

• As a Design Consultant you will: conduct in-home window and door presentations with homeowners in the greater Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia and North Eastern North Carolina.
• Use the tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer and offer our window and door replacement products.
• Have industry leading product samples, technology and support to assist you in closing the sale.
• Run pre-qualified and confirmed leads.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed
• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable with recorded sales appointments for training and quality assurance purposes
• Home Improvement or In-home sales experience preferred, but not required
• Available to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
• Strong focus on exceeding customers’ expectations
• Comfortable working on straight commission
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
