What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Evaluate marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models
Collaborate on marketing effectiveness activities, including data delivery and analytics processes
Consult with stakeholders to design and implement analytical processes that meet business objectives
Maintain and update a marketing effectiveness roadmap outlining business priorities
Support executive engagement materials and address critical business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
1-5 years of analytics experience
Experience running Marketing Mix Models or other time series models
Paid Media marketing or analytics experience, preferably in digital agency or client-side roles
Proficiency in R and SQL
Strong communication skills to articulate complex findings clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with programmatic and/or paid social media, with knowledge of paid search, affiliate, or video marketing
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
Intellectual curiosity and openness to feedback
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
