What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Analyze and track the B2B marketing funnel to identify performance trends and drop‑off points

Develop and refine multi‑touch attribution models to assess channel impact on the buyer journey

Build and maintain projected lifetime value (LTV) models to forecast revenue potential for customer segments

Create and manage dashboards for reporting and analysis, utilizing tools like Sigma and Clarisights

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment

Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, LTV, etc.)

Proficient in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Fluent in written and spoken English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Previous remote work experience is considered a plus
