What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Analyze the B2B marketing funnel to identify performance trends and drop‑off points

Develop and refine multi‑touch attribution models to assess channel impact

Build and maintain projected lifetime value (LTV) models for customer segments and acquisition channels

Create and manage dashboards for data reporting and visualization

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment

Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and CAC

Proficiency in SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python or R is a plus

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non‑technical stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot

Previous remote work experience
