What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Track and analyze the B2B marketing funnel to identify performance trends for paid advertising

Develop or refine multi‑touch attribution models to evaluate channel impact

Build and maintain projected lifetime value (LTV) models for customer segments

Create and maintain dashboards for reporting and insights in analytics tools

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics insights into actionable business recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment

Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, LTV)

Proven experience developing or applying projected LTV models for marketing strategies

Solid SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Proven ability to present insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders

Prior experience working remotely is considered a plus
