What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a liaison between the corporate organization and account team to ensure effective communication
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for account-wide messaging
Collaborate with the account executive team to create impactful communications for various stakeholders
Manage content creation for internal channels such as emails, newsletters, and presentations
Deploy feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of communication and change initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, organizational development, or related field
3-5 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or employee engagement
Proven ability to execute change communications aligned with enterprise strategies
Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills across various functional areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Experience in supporting communications for large-scale transformation efforts
Understanding of frontline and client-facing operational environments
