What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches for the Marketing organization
Investigate data to uncover trends, surface risks, and identify opportunities for improved marketing effectiveness
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable data-driven insights
Develop clear and concise recommendations to support decision-making across the Marketing team
Collaborate with Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to align on strategies and actions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics or strategy roles, preferably with consulting experience
Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL; familiarity with Python and data visualization tools preferred
Experience working with relational databases and conducting complex analyses on large datasets
Familiarity with core marketing concepts, including channel strategy and performance measurement
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop data‑driven solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in internal or external consulting
Advanced degree (MBA or MSBA) in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics)
Demonstrated ability to independently build cross‑functional relationships to align stakeholders
Clear and confident communication skills for distilling complex analyses into actionable insights
Ownership mindset with comfort in unstructured environments
