This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi-channel paid strategies that drive 8-figure revenue impact. You’ll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. 5+ Years of Experience: At least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to take strategic decisions in campaign optimization Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑LP optimization Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams Good‑to‑Have
