Role Overview Puffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016, recognized as a Great Place to Work. This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi-channel paid strategies that drive 8-figure revenue impact.
You’ll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. You’ll work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.

Responsibilities
Own multi-channel strategy with revenue accountability – build campaigns from scratch with clear success metrics. Focus on revenue, ROAS, and scalability.
Perform hands‑on campaign management daily: building campaigns, testing creatives, analyzing attribution, and shipping experiments fast.
Blend full‑funnel thinking with attribution sophistication, steering campaigns from prospecting to conversion while coordinating with design and cross‑functional teams.
Partner with the 1% of leaders at the company, including a Forbes Council Member CEO.
Embrace radical flexibility: work from anywhere globally, manage energy and output rather than hours.
Build the marketing playbook others will copy: develop creative testing frameworks, attribution models, and funnel optimizations adopted across channels.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of experience, at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels.
Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals.
Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to inform strategic decisions.
Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑LP optimization.
Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams.
Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy.
Good‑to‑Have
Experience in the mattress, furniture, or home goods sector.
Experience with programmatic channels and TikTok Ads.
Familiarity with automated ad creation tools and DCO.
Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms.
Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations.
