Role Overview Puffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016, recognized as a Great Place to Work. This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi‑channel paid strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact.
You’ll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. You’ll work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.
What Is In It For You 1. Own Multi‑Channel Strategy with Revenue Accountability Most marketing roles give you execution tasks and KPIs without context. Here, you own revenue outcomes across multiple channels with direct leadership access. You’ll architect campaigns from scratch with clear success metrics—no vanity metrics, no “brand awareness” excuses, just revenue, ROAS, and scalable systems.
This is hands‑on, high‑execution work. You’re in the accounts daily—building campaigns, testing creatives, analyzing attribution, and shipping experiments fast. You’ll blend full‑funnel thinking with attribution sophistication, steering campaigns from prospecting to conversion while coordinating with design and cross‑functional teams at velocity.
