What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as a hybrid technical implementer and strategic RevOps advisor for B2B Tech and SaaS clients
Architect and execute tracking infrastructures across GTM/GA4, MAPs, and CRM systems
Set up and validate offline conversion pipelines across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
Identify opportunities to expand client engagements across Marketing Ops, RevOps, Paid Media, and Analytics
Communicate directly with clients, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
Strong expertise in GTM and GA4, including event architecture and tracking QA
Hands‑on experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM‑to‑ad‑platform integrations
Ability to evaluate and optimize revenue operations processes impacting pipeline efficiency
Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to collaborate with Director‑level stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
1‑2 years of agency‑side experience in a similar role
Familiarity with lead routing frameworks and attribution models
Experience in building marketing and revenue dashboards
Curiosity and drive to deepen technical and strategic RevOps skill set
Experience mentoring new hires and sharing technical processes
