StretchMed provides individualized assisted stretching designed to help clients improve their mobility, enhance their well-being, and recover more quickly. Our new studio is located inside Bell Works, the iconic Metroburb known for innovation, wellness, and community energy. We’re not just assembling a team — we’re building a destination for recovery, mobility, and performance, driven by connection, results, and care. As a founding team member, your leadership will help shape a studio culture centered on excellence, client experience, and growth from day one. Job Title: Studio Manager (Studio Assistant Manager role) | Location: StretchMed – Bell Works, Holmdel, NJ | Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000/year + performance bonuses + $1,000 hiring bonus | Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Studio + Local Travel | Health & Wellness Industry StretchMed Holmdel: Where recovery meets results. 2+ years of experience in fitness, spa, retail, or wellness studio management Enthusiastic, organized, and sales-driven leadership style Strong communication and team-development skills Passion for wellness, recovery, mobility, and helping people feel their best CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Experience in kinesiology, massage therapy, PT, or personal training is a plus Comfort with POS, scheduling, and CRM systems Willingness to travel locally for corporate wellness partnerships and events Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of Stretch Specialists Oversee studio operations, staff scheduling, and daily workflow Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and operational standards Perform in-studio and off-site stretch consultations and services Drive membership sales, retention initiatives, and conversion metrics Build strong community and corporate partnerships through outreach and events Track KPIs, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members Travel locally for pop-ups, demos, and wellness activations
