U.S. Senior Marketing Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the U.S. microbiology business offerings, developing strategic plans and executing tactical programs to drive growth of our clinical and industrial media portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Define, build, and activate Go-to-Market strategies to expand market penetration and category share.
Leverage market and customer insights to define the U.S. Region marketing strategy, including pricing, positioning, distribution and promotion to drive business success.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications plans aligned to business objectives.
Drive excitement and clear communication with field sales, channel partners and national account leaders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business strategy.
Work with global teams to ensure product messaging is credible, motivating and current to support business objectives.

You have strong organizational skills, clear messaging ability, excellent communication, and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You bring market insight, learning agility, business acumen, and a customer‑first mindset to anticipate challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of relevant life science marketing and/or sales work experience.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy.
Proven collaboration with and support of sales professionals.
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
Strong market and product insight, and business acumen to translate complex concepts into customer‑focused strategies.
Must reside in Eastern or Central time zone.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree.
Medical device experience.
Knowledge of diagnostic and lab customers.
Workplace expectations include at least 4 days per week on-site for most roles; remote or field‑based arrangements are role‑specific.
COVID-19 vaccination status is required where applicable.
Salary Range:
$124,700 – $205,700 USD annual
