Amazon Advertising is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two directors with the potential to assist a third. This role requires flexibility, strong business acumen, superior attention to detail, a desire to learn, and a sense of humor. The successful candidate will manage complex tasks with minimal guidance, anticipate needs proactively, and drive improvements in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage fluid calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics.
Coordinate travel and accommodation changes, process expense reports, and manage approvals workflows.
Plan space for the team, facilitate office moves, and improve morale through recognition and fun initiatives.
Work across time zones, support large event logistics, catering, and materials for all‑hands and staff meetings.
Attend key meetings, track deliverables, drive completion, and follow up on outstanding items.
Update team organizational charts, plan team activities, and contribute to weekly business reviews.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of senior level executive support or 1+ years of experience at Amazon.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience managing executive level calendars.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company.
Experience managing multiple calendars.
