What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining a clean and up‑to‑date sales pipeline
Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+)
Strong consultative and value‑based sales approach, especially when engaging C‑level executives
Ability to develop and execute detailed account plans
Self‑starter with a growth mindset, capable of managing change effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Experience in a corporate sector sales environment
Eagerness to refine sales strategies and enhance team culture
Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in legal department operations
Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
