Responsibilities

Actively prospect new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closure and renewal

Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and engage with clients directly

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector

Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises with revenues of $500M+

Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, especially to C-level executives

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans

Willingness to travel 25-50% to customer locations

Preferred Qualifications

College degree preferred

Experience in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders

Deep understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations

Eager to refine sales strategies and enhance team culture

Ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment
