Base pay $50,000 – $95,000 per year. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential customers. Prepare accurate and efficient estimates, ensuring they serve as a blueprint for the repairs. Review final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check final repairs prior to delivery. Educate customers in the collision repair process, including insurance procedures and repair techniques. Minimum Competencies
Valid PA Body Shop Estimator license or physical appraiser license. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Body shop estimating experience required. Capacity to handle physical aspects of collision repair business, including bending, stooping, and exposure to hazardous materials. Estimator’s License preferred. Benefits
