What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Travel extensively to priority properties to achieve specific operational goals
Manage and motivate on-site teams to meet performance targets
Oversee the processing of new applications, re-certifications, and compliance requirements
Supervise rent collection efforts, including delinquent rents and evictions
Direct marketing and leasing activities to maintain targeted occupancy levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED required
Proven ability to achieve results in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain efficient systems
Effective communication skills for interaction with employees and residents
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and property management software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in property management or a related field

Strong financial acumen for operational analysis and reporting
