Lead onboarding and ongoing education for field teams, focusing on product, procedure, and therapy training Create tailored training tracks for various sales roles, emphasizing the Therapy Development Territory Manager role Develop and manage training content and delivery strategies across assigned programs Track physician training and certification progress to ensure compliance with credentialing requirements Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with strategic goals What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in product/procedure training Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Rehearsal) Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
