What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead onboarding and continuing education for field teams, focusing on product, procedure, and therapy training
Create tailored training tracks for various sales roles, particularly for Therapy Development Territory Managers
Design and implement a comprehensive field training mentor program, including collateral resources such as presentations and guides
Develop and manage training content and delivery strategies across assigned programs
Track physician training and certification progress to ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in product/procedure training with increasing responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, Rehearsal)
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with SCORM‑compliant tools (e.g., Articulate)
Endovascular or cath lab experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support procedures in Cath Lab/OR environments
Willingness to travel 20–30%
