Base pay $65,000 – $90,000 per year.
Position Overview This position is dedicated to building a new book of business in an assigned territory. Qualified candidates will work closely with a high‑energy team of supplemental insurance producers, attend training sessions, and have the autonomy to schedule face‑to‑face client meetings.
Core Responsibilities
Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage client relationships.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to assess insurance needs.
Meet in person with new businesses, nurture existing client relationships, and pursue referral leads.
Set and track monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit weekly schedules.
Record daily activity and sales metrics.
Additional Qualifications
Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in the state of residence (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor’s degree or four years of post‑high‑school work experience; candidates with recent degree completion or relevant sales experience will be considered.
