Executive Large Account Risk Control Specialist - Central

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct risk control surveys and provide services to large and complex accounts within the assigned region
Oversee the delivery of risk control services and ensure high-quality support for policyholders
Produce detailed reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and risk selection
Identify key loss exposures and recommend mitigation strategies to clients
Build strong relationships with policyholders and participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance service strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role
Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM preferred
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including local and overnight trips
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety
Excellent understanding of nationally recognized standards and codes, including OSHA and NFPA
Self-motivated and highly organized with excellent communication skills
Experience in training or mentoring less experienced team members
