Conduct risk control surveys and services for large account policyholders within the assigned region Provide advanced consultation and deliver high-quality risk control surveys for current and prospective policyholders Produce detailed reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and account retention efforts Communicate identified exposures to Underwriting, assisting in informed risk selection and pricing Train and mentor less experienced Risk Control team members What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role Preferred certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM Strong knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
