What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct risk control surveys and provide services to large and complex accounts within the assigned region.
Deliver high-quality consultations and technical on-site risk control surveys for policyholders.
Produce detailed reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and risk mitigation.
Design and implement strategic service plans addressing key loss drivers and operational exposures.
Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and claims teams to enhance service strategies and account retention.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role.
Knowledge of nationally recognized standards and codes, including OSHA, DOT, and NFPA.
Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report as travel is required (approximately 50%).
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM.
Advanced knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety.
Ability to influence and educate diverse audiences effectively.
Experience in training less experienced team members.
