What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct risk control surveys and services for large accounts in the assigned region
Provide expert‑level consultation and produce detailed reports for underwriting decisions
Identify key loss exposures and recommend effective mitigation strategies
Build relationships with policyholders and collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams
Serve as a trainer and mentor for less experienced team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in risk control or safety‑related roles
Advanced knowledge of industrial safety standards, including OSHA, DOT, and NFPA
Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM
Experience in delivering risk control recommendations to large accounts
Advanced ability to understand and evaluate complex risk scenarios
Strong communication skills for educating diverse audiences
