What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct risk control surveys and provide services to large and complex accounts within the assigned region
Oversee the delivery of risk control services, ensuring high-quality support for policyholders
Produce detailed reports and recommendations to aid underwriting decisions and account retention efforts
Identify key loss exposures and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with clients and technical staff to drive measurable risk improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in safety, engineering, industrial safety, or fire protection, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role
Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM preferred
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate and influence diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety
Excellent understanding of nationally recognized standards and codes, including OSHA, DOT, and NFPA
Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills
Experience in training or mentoring less experienced team members
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
