Job Responsibilities
Conduct risk control surveys and provide services for EMC’s large account risk control portfolio
Oversee the delivery of risk control services and ensure high-quality support for policyholders
Produce detailed reports and recommendations to aid underwriting decisions and risk selection
Identify key loss exposures and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance risk management
Build strong relationships with policyholders and participate in cross-functional meetings to align service strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role
Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM preferred
Advanced knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk control strategies
Familiarity with nationally recognized standards and codes, including OSHA, DOT, and NFPA
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
