What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct risk control surveys and services for large account policyholders in the assigned region
Oversee delivery of risk control services, ensuring high-quality support to clientsProvide expert-level consultation and produce detailed reports to guide underwriting decisions
Identify key loss exposures and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance client safety
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote risk control capabilities and strengthen client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in risk control or safety roles
Advanced knowledge of industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to travel approximately 50% for client engagements and site visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in training or mentoring less experienced team members
