What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct risk control surveys and services for large and complex accounts within the assigned region
Oversee the delivery of risk control services, ensuring high-quality support to policyholders
Produce detailed reports and recommendations to support underwriting decisions and risk selection
Design and deliver strategic service plans addressing key loss drivers and operational exposures
Build strong relationships with policyholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years of experience in a risk control or safety role
Preferred certifications such as ASP, CSP, or ARM
Advanced knowledge of safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in industrial, construction, fire, and commercial automotive safety
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences
Self‑motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently
